a fun kind

I will get straight to the point.

EXERCISE! EXERCISE! And at the same time, mediate!

It does not mean, go to the gym! I am not commanding anybody to run 5 miles or commit to the stair climber for 15 minutes every day.

NO!

On Your Feet! is to encourage people to understand the soothing mediation that comes from creative exercises--- no... I do not mean grueling exercise to burn fat. No, no, no! I mean...

JUMPING ROPE!

Can you do double swing in one jump?
Cross your arms and jump?
Do that fancy two jump-rope and running in the middle, jumping, then run out?

or....

tossing a Frisbee?
catching then flipping that frisbee?
playing ultimate Frisbee?

no? how about this....

putting on a pair of skates???
YEEEEEESSSSSS!
Can you roller backwards?
Swerve in a curve, back and forth!?
hop on one leg!?

*howls* yes, you got it!!

THAT kind of fun execrise!
